The challenge

This insurance organization had thousands of global Kyriba users and needed a centralized location to review and change user access rights. Previously, this process was manual—done by sending a daily user export out of Kyriba via SFTP or updating users one by one. They did not have real-time visibility to user rights and instead relied on once-a-day feeds.

The solution

We helped this organization build and use the SailPoint API to immediately retrieve all user and user group details, including user licenses and privileges. All changes to users are now controlled by a single source and are automatically sent to Kyriba via API, ensuring system synchronization and eliminating manual touchpoints.
