Clearsulting earns 2022 Great Place to Work Certification
It’s official! Thanks to our people, we’re proud to have earned Great Place to Work® Certification™.
Our company culture is our top priority. And it shows with 93 percent of Clearsulting team members who responded to the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Survey saying this is a great place to work. Compare that to 59 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
We also ranked highly in the community category (the deepest level of camaraderie developed within a group), with a 98 percent score on the extent to which our team members consider that there is a sense of “family” or “team” represented at Clearsulting. The survey also found that almost all our respondents felt “our executives fully embody the best characteristics of our company.”
“The certification as a Great Place to Work is an honor because our purpose is to create a fulfilling work environment where our team members enjoy being an integral part of Clearsulting,” said Chief People Officer Jasroop Multani. “Our people are the center of everything we do. We celebrate and thank them for their contributions, living our core values, and serving as culture champions from day one.”
