  • Lack of visibility into true cash positions and open payables

What we did

To help them evaluate their options, we:

  • Hosted a multi-day workshop with stakeholders from accounting, finance, IT, tax and treasury to deep dive into intercompany processes
  • Vetted options for future state technology, including ongoing ERP migration activities


At the end of the journey, they:

  • Aligned on the best use and options of technology to achieve business requirements, including identification of integration points for 25+ in-scope ERPs in alignment with ERP migration activities
  • Executed integrations across ERPs together with IT to understand future state of invoice generation, AR and AP postings, and clearing of intercompany transactions
  • Identified critical requirements, like intercompany invoicing and systemic enforcement of thresholds and policies, to ensure successful transformation
  • Weighed four options for implementation across ERPs, ultimately aligning on the most feasible implementation approach
